“TLAHCO” or “TACUALI” is the original word for “taco” it comes from the Náhuatl or Aztec, the language spoken in the central of Mexico in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries by indigenous. It means in the middle or half. A “tlahco” consist of a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling. Mexican Taco lovers define it as a hug between a tortilla and delicious ingredients.
