1. Eligibility
The Honey Money Program is exclusively available to groups and weddings booked at The Fives Hotels & Residences. To qualify, groups must meet the minimum booking requirements established by the hotel at the time of reservation. All rooms must be fully paid no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
2. Program Benefits
In addition to the standard complimentary room nights and upgrades included in the group or wedding contract, the Honey Money Program provides a credit that can be applied toward a variety of services and experiences offered by The Fives Hotels & Residences during the group’s stay.
3. How to Use the Credity
The credit granted through the Honey Money Program can be used for the following services:
- Private dining experiences (e.g., romantic dinners, themed banquets, etc.)
- Excursions and tours organized through the hotel*
- Spa treatments and wellness services
- Entertainment services (e.g., mariachi performances for welcome events)
- Audiovisual equipment for meetings and events
- Other eligible products and services offered by the hotel
4. Credit Usage
The credit is issued in a fixed monetary amount applied in your wedding platform and may be used at the group’s discretion for any of the eligible services listed above. It must be used during the stay at The Fives Hotels & Residences. Any unused balance will be forfeited at checkout and is non- transferable.
5. Exclusions
The Honey Money credit cannot be applied to:
- Room rates or accommodation costs
- Taxes, service charges, or gratuities
- Other promotions, discounts, or special offers
- Services or items not directly provided by The Fives Hotels & Residences
6. Booking and Redemption
To be eligible for the Honey Money Program, group bookings must have a signed contract that includes a room block. All rooms must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to arrival. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at any time without prior notice.
7. Transferability
The Honey Money credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the group or wedding named on the reservation. It cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to any individual outside the group room block or after checkout.
8. Program Modification or Termination
The Fives Hotels & Residences reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Honey Money Program at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated promptly to the group organizer.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Fives Hotels & Residences is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the Honey Money Program. The hotel is also not liable for services or products provided by third-party vendors.
10. General Terms
By participating in the Honey Money Program, the group agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any disputes related to the program will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Fives Hotels & Residences operates.
