Revamp of Signature Bars & Addition of Premium Beverages
At Cantina 1900, our Beverage Program has expanded to showcase over 40 exquisite tequilas, mezcals, and Mexican distillates, perfect for creating amazing cocktails and immersive tastings. Additionally, our Gin Bar now features more than 15 unique gins, elevating your cocktail experience with diverse and captivating flavors. We are increasing our premium bar selection to include Tito’s Vodka, Buchanans 12 Whiskey, Svedka gluten-free Vodka, Grey Goose Vodka among others.

Temazcal Ceremony
Our Temazcal Ceremony is an ancient Mesoamerican purification and healing ritual held inside a small, sweat lodge-like structure heated by volcanic stones. Guided by a shaman, participants engage in chanting, meditation, and herbal steam therapy for spiritual and physical renewal.

Cacao Ceremony
It is a heart-centered ritual rooted in ancient Mayan tradition, using cacao to open the heart and deepen spiritual connection. Participants drink pure cacao to encourage introspection, connection, and healing.
