  • The Fives Hotels How do I start the Room Contract process?
    • We check availability for the requested dates, room categories, and number of rooms (minimum 3 nights per guest).
    • Once confirmed, you'll receive a Room Block Contract with preferential rates.
    • To activate the block, a deposit (guarantee) is required based on the number of rooms.
    • Once signed and the deposit is received, we'll send a link to your personalized booking platform so your guests can easily book their rooms.
  • The Fives Hotels How do I ensure my guests have rooms for the wedding?
    Due to high demand, we recommend securing a Room Contract early. This blocks rooms exclusively for your group and guarantees availability. The contract becomes valid with a deposit based on your requested room count.
  • The Fives Hotels Can I get my deposit back?
    Yes. Your deposit will be refunded if:
    • All rooms in the block are booked.
    • All reservations are fully paid 60 days before arrival.

    Note: One night will be deducted per unpaid or unbooked room.

  • The Fives Hotels Can I use the deposit for wedding extras?
    Absolutely. The deposit can be applied to:
    • Your room stay (partially or fully).
    • Wedding extras (decor, cake, entertainment, florals, etc.).
  • The Fives Hotels What are the customer commitments for Room Contract benefits?
    • Minimum of 10 rooms and 3 nights per guest.
    • All bookings and payments must be completed via the personalized booking link.
    • The hotel does not contact guests directly for payments or reservations.
    • Reservations must be fully paid 60 days before arrival.
