1. Reservation period to qualify:
Promotion valid for reservations made between June 1 and October 31, 2025, with travel dates through December 31, 2025.

2. Redemption period:
Complimentary nights may be redeemed on reservations made between January 1 and November 30, 2026, for travel between April 15 and November 30, 2026, subject to availability.

3. Complimentary nights benefit:
The number of complimentary nights redeemable is determined based on the number of nights booked at the time of redemption, according to the following table:

· Booking 4 to 5 nights: 1 night free
· Booking from 6 to 9 nights: 2 nights free
· Reservation of 10 nights or more: 3 nights complimentary

4. Conditions of application:
Applies to stays at any of the following The Fives Hotels & Residences properties:

· The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences.
· The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos.
· The Beachfront by The Fives Hotels.
· The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences.

Complimentary nights will be applied to the same room category and occupancy type (number of guests) as the redeemed reservation. Redemption must be processed exclusively through the official Contact Center by calling:

The benefit will be issued to the guest upon confirming the reservation made in 2025 via email.
· The benefit is transferable to a third party, subject to prior notification to the Contact Center for proper reassignment.
· The redemption request must be made at least 21 calendar days prior to the check-in date.
· Cannot be combined with other promotions, promotional codes, negotiated rates, or applicable discounts.
· Does not apply to group reservations, weddings, events, or net rates.
Complimentary nights are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. The Fives Hotels & Residences reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
